Setups for Ship Confirm Rules / Auto Ship Confirm

CST are set up to auto create deliveries upon pick release (in the shipping parameters form).

Problem is as follows:

The order lines on the order are pick released. Two out of the three order/delivery lines are at released status in the Shipping Transactions form and are ready to ship the full quantity. One delivery line has a status of Released to Warehouse. Not pick Confirmed. So two out of three of the lines are eligible to be ship confirmed.

What CST have set up as a ship confirm rule is as follows:

Ship Options

Action: Ship All

Unspecified Quantities: Ship
