Coverting from WE8ISO8859P15 to AL32UTF8 using export-import

Hi Gurus,
We are converting production 11.2.0.3 database from WE8ISO8859P15 to AL32UTF8. While export/import(datapump), we have noticed certain WIN1252 characters like bullet etc are stored at wrong codepoints after conversion. 

Please advice
