Address Layout changes not visible if using "Unshared Address" option

If Company profile is set to "Unshared Address", the changes made in Address Page Layout inside Application Customization section are not visible in the Address detail page, if creating a new related object to Account/Contact/etc.

(If you have "Shared Address" enabled, the changes made in Application Customization can be observed in the Address Detail page).

Has anyone encountered this situation, and how did you solve it?
