Withholding Tax Discounts

 Hi ,

  I need help regarding the withholding tax discounts.
  The setup of withholding taxes ,where the amount ranges were defined and discounts mentioned for every tax rate.
  
  Recently the amount ranges changed and we made the change in the withholding tax details form.
  In the comments column in the withholding tax details form the discount amounts are given.

  Once we made the above change to amount ranges and discounts, the tax rate is getting applied to INVOICE but not the discounts.
  AWT Tax Line is genearted   but without discounts .

  And I am not sure , where these discounts are actually defined .????
