All plan elements are not uploaded when importing Plans

Hi,

I export an existing plan and check that all element plans are in the xml file

When I import the file with a prefix (in order to not reuse lement plan), formulas, expression, rates tables and dimensions are imported but element plan are not (just 2 were imported when I had 15 element plans)

The journal does not show any error but list only elements imported (no trace of all other elements that were not imported)

Any idea what it is happen with me?
