CIAI Upgrade Issues for DB2 UDB Users

As per Siebel 8.2.2 upgarde Guide page number 163.

The Case-Insensitive and Accent-Insensitive search functionality requires changes on database
schema levels (new columns, indexes, and triggers). When running the ddlimp utility on DB2 UDB
databases, tables that have CIAI columns and triggers are not rebuilt. To resolve this issue, see
553429.1 (Article ID) on My Oracle Support.

We have dropped all the CIAI columns before running the upgphys.
How these CIAI columns will be re-created ?
If I run the Case-Insensitive wizard will these CIAI columns will be re-created ?
When we should rerun the Case-Insensitive wizard?
Please help.
