11i: Upgrade 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 - Do We Need to Apply Patch 4318672?

Hi We are in the process of upgrading our application stack from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2

As per doc 316365.1, we are asked to apply p4318672 as pre requisite.

We have already applied patch 6241631 which supercede above mentioned patch 4318672.

Should we still apply 4318672 ?
