JDE ERP1 8.0 - P4310 application; user cannot update product cost whereas other users can

We have one user that cannot update the product cost field in the P4310 application (F4311_PDPRRC).  The field will not allow her to over write the current amount.  All other users can update this field.  The user's set up is the same as the other users who can update the field (F0101).   Can anybody give me a tip as to why this user cannot update this field please???
