Internal Requisition Price

Hi All,
We have a requirement to have a custom price for an internal requisition when it has been created out of a back-to-back cycle. To achieve this, I thought of a solution to update the po_requisitions_interface when data gets populated in the interface. I updated the interface. But after 'requisition import', internal requisition is getting created with different price. We are on 12.1.3. Please let me know how to achieve the stated requirement.
