OTL: Tracking Work Location or Site in SS Timecard ?

We have a new requirement to track the work location in ss time entry (OTL).  This collected info entered by the worker will ultimately support  tax owed for services performed in certain locations.   A worker currently enters time in OTL using the seeded Project Layout template.    The work location can vary by project so using the default location from the project setup isn't always accurate.

Wondering if the need to collect work location is handled through a standard field that we just need to add to the template?. Any ideas?
