PAY: Errors in WEB ADI process for Tax Balance Adjust

Hi,

We are usign a customized Oracle Web ADI  for Tax Balance Adjustment process.

While uploading the records few of them errors out(Seeded error messages) and the Web ADI stops uploading the rest of the records.(following is the error message)

PAY PY_51135_TXADJ_ASG_NOT_FOUND  : Cannot determine the assignment_id and/or business_group_id.  Cannot determine the assignment_id and/or business_group_id.

Please let me know if Oracle has done any improvements or upgrdation on this Web ADI process so that it continues to process the rest of the records even though when it hits an error.
