10402752: Adpatch apply mode is NO hence patch will not be applied.

we have to apply patch 10402752 , getting error while applying the patch in test mode

Problem Description

As per recommendation we have to apply patch 10402752 , we cannot reproduce the issue in any test instance but also cannot apply the patch in production directly.
Hence , we planned to apply the patch in test mode in development instance to see what changes it is doing but we are getting the below message.
