OTL: Archiving Timecards

Hi

Can someone tell me if it is new functionality that now in OTL timecards will get auto archived after 7 years?  If so, how is this done by a system profile? Or how?

We can only see timecards in the Timekeeper Entry Form from 2006 through current.  When in our database we can see timesheets entered back in 2004.
