Can I enter the time duration of a discrete job

I need to know the duration of this job

I have stated the job today at 12:00

the job has been completed in reality today at 16:30

I did not complete the job on the system until today at 17:45

is there any way to track the duration of the job for 4:30

I have two employees assign to this job

I do not want to enter the duration of each employee maybe because the first employee worked 2 hours and the other one 4 hours

is there any way to enter the duration of the job from the beginning till the end?
