Import Equipment Time Billing

I'm having trouble figuring out which file I need to use to upload equipment hours instead of the manual entry process. We would like the AAI's to continue to automate the entries. If I upload straight to the F0911 file, will I need to create all the entries that the AAI's would normally create?
