I need GL Post Button to be disabled for only those Journals created by them

Hello Gurus,We are on R12.1.3.
We have an audit/control rule: We want our users not to Post their own created JE's, but should be able to Post other JE's created by other users.
I need GL Post Button to be disabled for only those Journals created by them, but not for other JE' which were created by other users.
Can you please let me know how can I achieve this functionality.
