How number of Concurrent Managers is being configured or calculated?

 Hi All,

I am trying to resolve a problem with E-Business concurrent manager that is run 

in a Solaris Cluster node's zone in a failover configuration. What we are finding is

that there seems to be a difference how many concurrent managers there are

in one node's zone versus the other node's zone. Our cluster monitors the available

running concurrent managers and and calculates a % based on the number of maximum 

number of concurrent  managers. When it falls below a set limit it will restart it.

I am trying to figure out why the numbers are so different between the zones.
