Register an APP in Hyperion Planning

I have a DATASOURCE created by me under user  plnadmin which has administrator access.  DATASOURCE connection was successful connected  under my ID. however when I try to regsiter the app I am getting an error message as follows
" You must be an application owner to save the system configuration"

Also In SS When I click the application I am getting an error message as follows:
EPMLCM-30053:filed to connect to http://CAKCCRSRV955:cak.xstrzta.int:19000/Hyperion/Planning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing explore/listing for application-PLANBKP, received status code - "500" with error message - "Internal Server Error" , Possible cause of error Server Don or Not reachable"
