Time Zone Support in Reports

Hi,i wish to know how to apply the Time Zone support for Reports.
There's a note wich explain de time zone support for forms ("Time Zone Support in Forms [ID 207822.1]"), but i didn't found a note for Reports.
Is there a equivalence in reports for forms environment parameters?:
FORMS_TZFILE=E:\oracle\FR10gR2\oracore\zoneinfo\timezlrg.dat
FORMS_DATETIME_SERVER_TZ=Europe/Madrid
FORMS_DATETIME_LOCAL_TZ=Europe/London
