Recommended patches not clearing after patching is complete

I have patches over 1200 patches in the past month. I am left with 29 recommended patches that still show up. These have already been deployed and show up in the 'lsinventory' for the targets.  If I attempt to re-patch them.. they will error out ..because they already exist. I do not want to have to rollback and then re-patch. Can anyone think of another solution?
