low performance in load segment value list in 9.1

Hi, i´m migratting from 8.10 to 9.1, so i saw the strcuture to create configurated order has changed. we have segment values udc validating with 4000 values, and when i try to select one options the segment line is put in blue and is pending lot of time pending to see the value list,

i´ve changed to see the udc code instead of udc description but we have the same result,

any idea to solve this bug??
