11.5.10.2 during the install patch 4483674 we get an error message about FNDLOAD process.

Hi,

We are trying to install Oracle WebADI, and the install process contains the 4483674 patch. During the install we get an error message:

Dump from LCT/LDT files (/disk/oraapp/MTEST/lsappl/ego/11.5.0/patch/115/import/egoefag.lct(115.5), /disk/oraapp/MTEST/lsappl/amw/11.
5.0/patch/115/import/US/amwefag.ldt) to stage tables
Dump LCT file /disk/oraapp/MTEST/lsappl/ego/11.5.0/patch/115/import/egoefag.lct(115.5) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dump LDT file /disk/oraapp/MTEST/lsappl/amw/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/amwefag.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (ATTRIBUTE_GROUP 703 ENG_CHANGEMGMT_GROUP Loss_Value_Data , ATTRIBUTE LAST_UPDATE D_EXT_ATTR6 X ) into FND_SEED_STA
