RDBPROD: Data load issue

I have a Production database in a cluster that is missing data, some of which is recoverable from a past backup. I recovered that backup on another server not in the cluster.

I've moved data between databases before in a connection directly from SQL but I think the setup currently is not going to permit that (it may just need a tweak) but anyway was wondering what other options I may have to do this.

The data is a small subset of a table. Since triggers are involved, I plan to disable them during the fix and then enable. A test on the local node from database to database worked fine. I'm concerned about safety when doing this for the real thing.
