I am wondering how others handle such a situation as follows.  Our Siebel Developer team members are the Siebel Admins.  As such they all have access to just about every view in Siebel and also handle internal support calls using Siebel.  We use our User IDs to track normal recrod creation in Siebel applications as well as object creations in Siebel Tools.  When we refresh our developement environment, as we just didn't for a pending upgrade, the developers databases are way too large to manage downloading.  Selective Routing model may not work per Oracle Support.  I used the Mobbile Client
