Item price stemming from Item Master or Req Template?

Good afternoon everyone,

I am running on 12.1.3 and am have a question regarding pricing.

My current understanding is as follows:

If an item is defined on a template all of that information will flow into Ipro from that specific template, including UOM, price etc. The problem that I am running into is that on one specific item the price is coming from the item master instead of the requision template that this is defined on.

 

So I guess my final question is, Will the price that comes into Iprocurement flow from the Item Master or the Requisition Template that it is held on?
