Ops Center not using the zpool/rootzpool option in zonecfg?

I noticed that Ops Center is not using in solaris 11.1 the new option to store the zone(zpool) data with the add zpool option, which supposed to be more efficient, are there any plans to change that at a latter time? 

Below is what is listed in the man page

         rootzpool: storage

             Defines one or more storage  resources  to  be  used
             exclusively  for  a  dedicated  zpool containing the
             zone installation. The allowed  values  for  storage
             are defined in suri(5).


         zpool: storage, name

             Defines one or more storage  resources  to  be  used
             exclusively  for  a zpool delegated to the zone. The
