Performance issues / Web client exceptions

Hi All,

We recently (4/20/2013) upgraded our E1 tools from 8.98 to 9.1.2.3 and we are on E1 Apps 9.0.

Sincethe upgrade we are seeing performance issues from some users and also getting following errors.  So far we are not able to find the root cause.  Anyone experienced this type of issues.  Important thing is that the error is intermittent.
