Security and Employee Self Service

We have row security setup over F060116\MCU.  In our case, the MCU mimics our company numbers.  We have recently hired a couple employees under company/MCU 100 but they do accounting for companies other than 100 so are blocked from MCU 100 via row security.  Due to this, they cannot perform self service operations.  Has anyone run into this same issue?  And if so, how did you remedy it?  Thanks.
