Server pools failed detection takes a long time

Hi
Is there a way to speed-up (decrease) the time it takes for Ops Center to detect a failed server in the server pool. 

Currently in my testing with a pool of  3x T4-4, Solaris 11.1 zones, it would take a good 15+ minutes for OC to detect one of the T4-4's are down before its starts a job to bring up the zones of the failed T4-4 server.
