OTL: Change Late Audit Functionality

All,

CLA functionality allows a user to enter

1) Reaons

2) Comments

 for Late entries and Changed entries on a timecard. Would these entries will flow back to line manager? If so what additional setups we need to make in order to have line managers receive Reasons and Comments.
