Attachments in iPro

I'm looking to modify the Attachment Summary Information section, Category field list of values in iPro when adding an attachment.  There are many options.  How do you either remove one of the options (internal to requisition) or change the order so it's no longer default?  I tried to personalize but didn't see a way to change the LOV.  Thanks!
