Report Manager access to Financial Reports

I have 2 SOB in 11i  and each GL Responsibility have their own FSG Reports that we run thru Report Manager. My question is, how can ensure that the user from SOB 1 cannot see the report name from SOB 2 using Report Manager?. In other words how can I attach/ restrict the report listing for each Report Manager Responsibility?
