Is EM 12c to be used only only 11G Databases only ?

Hi ........I attended Web Cast on 4/25/2013 about automatic resolution of patching conflicts using Enterprise Manager 12c.    I could not ask this question that time.   Want to clarify now.

Is EM 12 can be used to resolve patching conflicts on 10.2.0.x Databases ?    Or is only for 11g Databases only ?    Please clarify.
