HFM SSO Password Change Issue

We are an EPM/HFM/FDM/FR 11.1.2.0 environment utilizing SSO. We have a requirement to change the password on our DCOM user. SSO is something new we implemented late last year and changing the DCOM user password prior to SSO for EPM/HFM/FDM/FR was something we did on a regular basis with no issues.
Now that we've implemented SSO I'm running into an issue where after I change the password and try to log in to Workspace I receive two Windows Security pop up windows that say WebLogic Server requires a username and password. Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).
