I cannot apply Patch 3410287 APPSLOCALLOGIN.JSP NOT ENFORCING SIGN-ON PASSWORD FAIL LIMIT FUNC.

These are the lines that the adpatch show when we try to apply the first step of the patch in DEV Environment:

Determining valid on-site files...

AutoPatch error:

Unable to determine valid on-site files [complete; make tapes] for Oracle Purchasing Intelligence.

AutoPatch error:
The following file is missing:

/erpp/erppappl/poa/11.5.0/admin/driver/poafile.drv


AutoPatch error:
