Failed to install Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c agent

When trying to deploy the agent of oracle enterprise manager 12 c the following error occurs.

Failed validation shell path

The agent version is 12.1.0.2.0

The platform is windows microsoft x64 (64 bit)
