when buyer quering Requisition summary he not able to see the records it's showing error APP-PO-1412

 Hello,
Purchasing buyer not able to see the requisition summary in the application but records has been exists in the data base.
it's showing below error
 APP-PO-14122 NO RECORDS MEET YOUR SEARCH CRITERIA.

Could you please help any one on this issue it's very urgent.
