How to Implement the Color Picker on a text field in Apps?

 Dears,I've got a question for how to implement that color picker on a text field , and whether its doable in Apps forms or not , i heard here and there of the JAR file ( which i don't have and failed to get one).
also theres a relevant question to my problem ... can i color parts of text ... like if we have a Multi-lines Text Field , and i need to color just subset of that text inside not the whole text as in Forehead Color.
