Business users would like to Control Shipping. Hold Shippments the specific parts using item attributes.
Item  could have been booked or not entered in sales order , But still business users would like to
control Shipping  simialr to like SHipping hold  But controlled using Item Attributes and  not at Order Managment.

We have tries all options with modifing the Attributes in Order Managment TAB of ITEM in all organizations.
(Customer Enabled, Shippable flag, Customer enable flags).

But still they work either befoing entring the Order or Donot work once we have the Order Booked.
