Template builder installer did not exit properly

Hi
I am getting the following error while trying to install Bi Publisher.
"Template builder installer did not exit properly!"

This is happening after I uninstalled the software. I have done the following:
1) Uninstalled BIP
2) Removed the template builder templates from word startup directory
3) Deleted the files starting with TB from C:\Windows\Assembly
4) Made sure that BI Addin is removed from word

Any suggestions to fix the issue is much appreciated.
