How to change the label of the action 'Complete Work Order' to 'Complete/Uncomplete WO' ; in WO Self

Hello,please if you can help in the below

Responsibility Maintenance Super User ,In WO Self-Service Screen - Their there are a list of actions (.i.e.Charge Time , Complete WO) ,, we need to change the lablel of 'Complete Work Order' action to 'Complete/Uncomplete WO'...
