Issue:

While Applying this Patch 13023929  we Encountered this Error :

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar      forms/US        ARXTWMAI.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Continue as if it were successful [No] : Yes


Cause:

FRM-30084: Unable to find LOV ARXRWAPP_LOCATION_NAME.
Edit Item: LOCATION_NAME
Item: LOCATION_NAME
Block: APP_FOLDER
Form: ARXTWMAI
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.
