Issue:

While appling patch 6699770 as a pre-requisite patch for CPU 14782699 but it failed at $PAY_TOP/patch/115/sql/pypelasd.sql and pyetpasd.sql due to ORA-29549: class APPS_FND.IRC_CANDIDATE_TEST has changed, Java session state
cleared. ORA--06512: at "APPS_FND.WF_EVENTS_PKG", line 598, ORA-06512: at "APPS_FND.HR_API_WF_EVENTS", line 444, ORA-06512: at "APPS_FND.HR_API_WF_EVENTS", line 453, ORA-06512: at line 48.   I want to know how to workaround this error in order to continue adpatch.

Start time for file is: Sat Apr 27 2013 19:22:47 sqlplus -s APPS_FND/***** @/opt/applmgr/finprdappl/pay/11
