AR receipt unapplied amount balance is in 3 decimal, cannot apply.

Hi,

Please advice how can i apply receipt balance amount which is in 3 decimals, from screen we cannot apply. This issue happen intial implementation in 2009 when open receipts are loaded to system through API which has 3 decimal amont. We have to apply this receipts balance amount to remove it from outstanding reports.
