We have list of ongoing status employees appraisals in expired PMP for last year 2012

Dears,

We have list of ongoing status employees appraisals in expired PMP for last year 2012, because their manager(supervisor) is resigned  and left the oragnization before he completed thier appraisals. 

 How I can complete this appraisals in release12.0.6?
