Special Info in the People window

  Dear all,
   How can you give users authority to add new records only for specific Special Information in the ERP R11i HRMS module.
   The Special Information window that appears when pressing the Special Info button in the People <HRMS responsibility-->Enter and Maintain-->Special Info button > window.
   Suppose we want to user x to add records only for specific special info, and user y another different one..and so on...
