Need API or Interface Process for Direct Inter-Org Transfer of items

Hi,
I need an API or interface table process for direct inter org transfer of items between one inventory organization in Operating Unit 1 and inventory organization in Operating unit 2.

If any one has a sample script, kindly share with me.
