11.5.10.2 : Planning to upgrade the application to ATG RUP7

Hi,

I am planning to upgrade my system to ATG RUP7. I want to know what can be the risk involved while upgrading and need Oracle support while upgrading.

I have successfully upgraded the UAT and CRP instance with the help of ID 285218.1.
Now i want to upgrade the same in PROD instance.
