Error messages Purging in oe_processing_msgs_tl

 We are importing orders using Order import Program.We are not able to see error messages in the oe_processing_msgs_tl if order import fails.Messages are purging from the table automatically.Can you please help me to understand how data is purging automatically.Thanks in Advance
