Budgetary control action completed with exception-even though funds available

 Hi Members,
I implemented Budget environment to my ledger and did all necessary steps. I am able to create PR and budgetary control action completed successfully. But when doing PO by auto create my budgetary control action completing with exception and i am not able to see the out put. Please find the attachment for more details.
